Is Paypal experiencing cash flow problems because so many people are complaining that transactions on hold?
A lot of people are experiencing the practise of having their payments received frozen for a multitude of reasons by Paypal,especially when selling on eBay.Many people are now refunding purchases to free them from the obligation of shipping an item because they are not guaranteed that their funds will be released.Paypal might have been gambling with peoples money abroad and now experience a cash flow problem.Can anyone shed some light?

- Hello i sell and buy on ebay, i have not had any trouble with direct payments, but have had a few FAILED E cheques? so i don't really know whats happening. Hope this helps a little :)

- Nope. If a payment is on hold it is always for a good reason.
